Joining A Group On Facebook 2019

Facebook teams can have one of 3 personal privacy levels: open, shut or secret. Any kind of Facebook user can sign up with an open team, but group managers have a higher degree of control over the personal privacy of closed and secret teams. You can just join a secret Facebook group if a moderator welcomes you to join, but if you understand the URL of a closed group, you can ask to join the team yourself by visiting its web page.

Joining A Group On Facebook

1. Log in to your Facebook account, and then browse to the primary web page of the group you want to join.

2. Click the "Join Team" switch in the team's primary food selection to send out a request to sign up with the group.

3. Check your alerts. When a moderator of the team authorizes your membership, Facebook sends you an alert of the authorization and group articles instantly start to show up in your news feed.

Caution: If the team's administrators set its personal privacy degrees to "Secret," you won't be able to see the group's web page or demand to join. Rather, call a participant of the group and ask to be welcomed to sign up with. When the mediators send you the invite, you must accept the invite to sign up with the group.
