Method 1 On Mobile

-> Open Facebook. It's a dark-blue app with a white "f" on it. This will open your Facebook News Feed if you're currently logged into Facebook on your phone or tablet.

If you aren't logged right into Facebook, enter your e-mail address (or telephone number) and password to continue.

-> Tap ☰. This symbol remains in either the bottom-right edge of the screen (apple iphone) or the top-right corner of the display (Android).

-> Faucet Groups. It's in the "DISCOVER" section of options.

You might first need to scroll to see this option.

-> Select the group you wish to leave. Touch a team to open its page.


-> Tap Signed up with. It's listed below the bottom-left corner of the cover photo at the top of the web page.

-> Tap Leave Group. This option is at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

-> Faucet Leave This Team when prompted. Doing so will eliminate you from the group.

Method 2 On Desktop

:) Go to Facebook's internet site. Most likely to https://www.facebook.com in your favored internet browser. This will fill your News Feed if you're currently logged right into Facebook.

If you aren't already logged right into Facebook, enter your email address (or contact number) as well as password before continuing.

:) Click Teams. This tab gets on the left side of your News Feed web page.

If you don't see Teams below, initial click Image labelled Android7dropdown.png and afterwards click New Groups in the drop-down menu.

:) Click the Groups tab. It's to the left of the Discover tab in the top-left corner of the page.
